Today we almost exclusively practised our Jaberwock Play. Since Jean-Louis wasn't here today, we were short an actor which is significant since we actually changed parts of our play today and switched up a few roles. Since he wasn't here we'll have to catch him up next practice. We will have to over come that, but the major thing we did was that we finalized our roles and setting. This is good because we can focus more exclusively on what applies to us now. However, we did do a quick skit in partmers before we went out to practice. We were to act out a time. The most important thing that taught me in that was the.... Something Smile people can get when they are on stage. I got that and didn't even realize it. A little while into the practice of Jabberwocky, I believe Gaia and Taob told me I had the smile and I didn't even realize again! It has occured to me that I should really work on this as I don't want to look rediculous on stage. My role won't be believable if I have a dumb smirk plastered on my face (unless im supposed to, but that won't be often, especially in Jabberwock), so I will try to focus on controlling the smile in the future practices, skits, and such.

The Rachna Smile (Don't tell her I named it after her.) Best way to overcome it, is to immerse yourself in the environment and the character. The Rachna Smile comes when you are focused only on the audience and not on performance.
