March 15th, 2012
Today, we started with choosing a made up Jabberwock word and moving about as how that word would seem as a movement. That was only the first part though. We then did some improv to warm up. After a few rounds people seemed a little hesitant and I hadn't gone yet, so I just flung myself across the room and landed pretty hard on my side. I had no idea what was going to happen after that, but I just waited until someone came in for the next part. Then I just rolled with it. That is what we were supposed to do for all the improvs, but this time seemed to be a time that I really got it, and literally just went with whatever happened. Also, for the majority of class, we continued to practice jabberwock. We changed a few things around and added more of an intro to it to give a bit more of a story. I think we changed a lot today and we sort of need to take some time at this point and just take in what we have so far. Plus, we will really need to get Gaia up to speed after the break which may take a bit of time considering all we've changed the past week.

The specifics about the improv and throwing yourself into it (I thought we talked about being too literal 8^>) was really good. The same level of detail is missing, however, from your discussion of the changes you made to the Jabberwocky.
